About the Role
This position involves completing face-to-face customer banking transactions, selling and cross-selling bank products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and balance a cash drawer
- Cash checks following SYB check cashing policy
- Sell official checks
- Process and balance teller work through image capture
- Consultative Selling – Engaging customers and prospects to uncover needs and offer solutions
- Assist with beginning, end of day and other operational duties as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings
