About the Role
qlub is seeking a Product Intern to work alongside Product, Design, and Engineering. This role involves building with AI-assisted tools, staying close to customers and competitors, and shipping prototypes, pages, and internal tools. The intern will utilize AI, no-code, and low-code platforms, supported by customer discovery, interviews, benchmarking, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on a new qlub website using AI-assisted development tools.
- Research and evaluate AI tools and technologies for faster prototyping and product launches.
- Create prototypes, landing pages, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts using AI, no-code, and low-code tools.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis across restaurant discovery, payments, loyalty, offers, subscriptions, and hospitality technology.
- Call qlub customers to collect product feedback and understand pain points.
- Support customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Assist Product Managers with discovery, requirements gathering, market research, and feature benchmarking.
- Analyze product metrics and customer behavior.
- Translate research and feedback into documented insights and recommendations for the Product team.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

- Technically comfortable and interested in AI, software products, and digital experiences.

- Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfort speaking directly with customers and running structured conversations.
