About the Role
As a key member of our Commercial Finance & Insights team, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex data into actionable insights, ensuring we’re always ahead of the game. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is ready to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the FP&A reporting engine, optimizing reporting workflows and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the annual budget (P&L and cash flow), quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly revenue updates.
- Prepare key business performance review outputs, leveraging financial and non-financial data to identify performance drivers.
- Prepare investor board decks, delivering clear and compelling strategic and financial narratives.
- Lead scenario modeling, ad hoc analysis, and reporting alongside the Commercial Finance Director, covering pricing, channel expansion, and investment decisions.
- Own the commercial performance of omnichannels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, concession, first-party retail, DTC), building channel economics and business partnering channel owners.
- Partner with budget owners and the management accounting team to proactively identify risks and opportunities, and alert on any material business risks and opportunities.
- Architect the tooling for business reporting and planning, including the data model, automation, and user adoption of planning platforms.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support the development of our fast-growing business.
