About the Role
As a friendly voice on the phone, a welcoming email contact, or a warm smile at check-in, you will provide excellent service to our guests. You will handle reception and reservation duties, including guest care, reservation processing, system maintenance, billing, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Guest care including check-in and check-out
- Processing reservations, overbookings, and options
- Maintaining Sihot and electronic reservation systems
- Invoice creation and control, including managing cost acceptances
- Cashiering and settlement
- Administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., managing no-shows, responding to emails)
Requirements
- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry, or interest in a career change
- High quality awareness and service orientation
- Hospitality skills and passion for the hotel industry
- Open, communicative demeanor and good command of German & English (spoken & written)
- Teamwork and willingness to support across departments
