About the Role

The Banker is the face of J.P. Morgan's Private Banking business, responsible for leading new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. This role focuses on business development, the client experience, and leveraging resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

Building, maintaining, and developing a book of business focused on the Israel market.
Selling and implementing investment, banking, and trust/estate products to core clients with team assistance.
Managing client accounts to ensure complete profiles and proper maintenance and servicing.
Building trust and effectively managing client relationships.
Ensuring proposed products and services maximize client needs, goals, and objectives.
Meeting performance objectives based on specific financial and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Previous business development experience, including developing new client relationships.
Previous experience in Private Banking working with Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families from the Israel market.
Demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts.
A network and track record of performance.
Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship.
Proactive and target-driven.
Proven track record of building trust with clients and effectively managing relationships, both externally and internally.
Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
