About the Role
As a Marketing Intern focused on Communications, you will be an essential operational engine for the global marketing and brand team, ensuring smooth multi-channel publishing workflows and elevating our digital presence. You will translate brand strategy into active engagement across corporate digital platforms through social media publishing, short-form video creation, community monitoring, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Format, proofread, schedule, and publish digital assets, press releases, blog posts, and multi-channel marketing campaigns across CMS and email platforms.
- Produce and innovate engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Maintain daily content calendars across all social channels.
- Monitor live platform engagement and track real-time audience feedback.
- Occasionally attend industry events to capture live branded content.
- Track key engagement metrics across social channels and aggregate performance data to generate concise weekly reports.
- Conduct targeted research on technical topics and industry trends.
- Monitor production timelines and gather collateral across internal teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Native proficiency in French.
- Strong working knowledge of German.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Hands-on familiarity creating content and building audience engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic working knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic digital analytics platform knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple task timelines effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience creating short-form video content for a tech, developer, or B2B software brand (bonus).
- Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or PaaS technology concepts (bonus).
