Responsibilities
- Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards by keeping licenses active and always upholding health and safety protocols.
- Foster inclusiveness and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays).
Requirements
- An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
