About the Role

Facilitate all new lets and rent increases for 166 Built to Rent (BTR) apartments at Sienna House as part of a site-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new letting applications, responding promptly to all new inquiries.
  • Achieve client-set KPIs and targets.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate and process offers.
  • Complete applicant vetting and deal administration, including ID checks and Right to Rent verification.
  • Negotiate and manage rent increases.
  • Collaborate with lettings managers to develop strategy and incentives.
  • Work with the central Tenancy Progression team to complete deals.
  • Provide required lettings data for centralized reporting commentary.
  • Regularly update property advertisements on portals and social media.
  • Perform pre-void inspection reporting to the property management team regarding apartment presentation and condition.
  • Arrange void works, including inventories, cleans, and light maintenance.
  • Prioritize customer service to ensure residents and applicants have the best possible experience and become ambassadors.
  • Support resident events and activities.
  • Respond to additional resident queries and concerns as required.
  • Meet and greet new tenants, provide keys, new tenancy information, conduct apartment orientation tours, and pre-arrange check-in reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Lettings Negotiation/Management (BTR preferred but not essential).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of appropriate Regulation and Legislation.
  • Excellent written and spoken etiquette.
  • Common sense approach.
  • Ability to think on their feet and make considered decisions.
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality.
  • Organized, meticulous, and tenacious.
  • IT literate and social media savvy.

Work Type

  • 30 hours - 5 Over 7 Days
  • 12:00 18:00

Salary/Compensations

  • Basic Salary up to £24,000.00p/a (Up to 10% discretionary bonus)
  • Commission offered up to £10,000.00p/a based on KPIs.
