About the Role
At Bicycle Ripple, our Senior Creator & Talent Manager will sit at the heart of our creator offering, bringing specialist expertise, strong industry relationships and brilliant execution to the work we deliver for clients. You’ll lead creator, talent and partnership delivery across campaigns, owning everything from casting and outreach through to negotiation, contracting, briefing, content delivery, approvals, amplification and reporting. You’ll work across the full spectrum, from emerging social-first creators and influencers through to established talent, celebrities, ambassadors and longer-term brand partnerships, helping us identify the right people and opportunities for our clients. Working closely with our Managing Partner and Senior Social & Influencer Account Manager, you’ll bring creator and talent expertise into our thinking from the outset and take ownership of making those ideas happen brilliantly. As Ripple grows, you’ll also play an important role in strengthening our creator capability, industry relationships, processes and team expertise.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand briefs into culturally relevant creator strategies across organic, paid, and long-term ambassador partnerships.
- Lead discovery, outreach, briefing, contracting, content approvals, usage rights, and performance tracking across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Confidently negotiate fees, deliverables, exclusivity, and licensing.
- Build and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with advertising and disclosure standards.
- Support junior staff, refine agency tools/processes, and share emerging platform and cultural trends across the wider team and agency.
- Bring specialist insight to new business pitches, spot opportunities to expand scopes with existing clients, and build Ripple's industry network.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or a closely related role
- Strong experience delivering creator campaigns, talent collaborations and partnerships end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of the UK creator, influencer and talent landscape
- Existing relationships across creators, talent agents, managers and/or creator partners
- Proven experience identifying, casting and recommending creators against client briefs
- Experience negotiating fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification
- Good understanding of creator contracting, disclosure requirements and industry best practice
- Experience managing creator and talent budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Confidence presenting creator and talent recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator formats and emerging trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with celebrity or entertainment talent alongside social-first creators
- Experience developing longer-term ambassador, creator or talent partnerships
- Experience across both organic creator partnerships and paid amplification
- Experience contributing to pitches or new business
- Experience working across regulated or compliance-heavy categories
