About the Role

This entry-level Grants and AP Administrator role provides administrative support to the Finance Team in London. It offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and build a career in grant claims management and submission within a leading digital technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the quarterly grant claim process by collating, analysing, and organising financial evidence.
  • Liaise with project partners to collate and chase information necessary for claim submission.
  • Liaise with Auditors to coordinate and gather information needed for quarterly project audits.
  • Maintain electronic filing for all grants.
  • Provide assistance and contribute to the monitoring of grants, including updating relevant databases and spreadsheets.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including financial support to Project Managers and creating new suppliers.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and credit cards, and post accruals.
  • Generate creditors aging reports.
  • Support the wider Grants Team in improving administrative processes and documentation.
  • Assist the Finance Assistant and wider Finance Team.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience within an administrative role.
  • Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and determination to learn new systems.
  • Confident PC skills.
  • Self-starter with a can-do, flexible attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must successfully complete the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance process.
