About the Role
We are seeking a Yardi Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Client Onboarding to drive the strategic evolution of our Yardi platform, focusing on client onboarding, migrations, new functionality, and solution design. You will translate business needs into scalable Yardi solutions and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth platform transitions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the strategic development of the Yardi platform and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, client needs, and the global operating model.
- Lead and support Yardi client migrations and onboarding, including requirements gathering, solution design, risk identification, and coordination of testing, training, and communication.
- Act as a Yardi subject matter expert, partnering with various departments to translate business and client requirements into practical platform and process solutions.
- Manage strategic Yardi initiatives and enhancements from assessment through implementation, ensuring sustainability and effective management of operational risks.
- Manage key relationships with Yardi and internal stakeholders, support client conversations, champion platform capabilities, and use feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, specifically across Investment Accounting, Investment Manager, and Debt Manager.
- Experience working within an international, fast-paced organization, ideally within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Investor Services.
- Comfortable collaborating across globally distributed teams.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated problem solver.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills to provide informed solutions and insights.
- Strong technical knowledge of Yardi, including system functionality, best practices, and meeting bespoke business requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience identifying and implementing technology or system solutions to address business challenges and improve processes.
- Strategic mindset, thinking critically about the wider impact of system changes.
- Ability to confidently challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Professional judgment to assess change requests and guide users toward effective solutions.
- Experience with Yardi V8 and Yardi Forecast Manager (Advanced Budget Forecasting) is ideal.
- Familiarity with standards, practices, and assessments relevant to product development is ideal.
- Comfortable working across a global organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
