About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior in the shop to identify actionable insights.
  • Drive shop optimization and growth through data-based insights for Business and Product Owners, actively contributing to product improvements.
  • Define and develop success metrics for our shop, establishing and monitoring KPIs that significantly influence the shopping experience for millions of users.
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support for A/B tests to continuously optimize shop performance.
  • Define tracking requirements and assist with the quality assurance (QA) of tracking implementations to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Conceptualize and implement modern dashboards to promote self-service analytics within the company.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to answer shop-related questions with data and support informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Very good SQL skills for conducting complex data analyses and querying large datasets.
  • In-depth expertise in e-commerce KPIs and funnel analyses.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and experience with frontend tracking data (GA4 experience is a plus).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable tools) for creating meaningful dashboards and reports.
  • Very good knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis for designing and evaluating experiments.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and cohort analyses in the e-commerce environment.
  • Proactive and independent work style with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion independently.
  • Strong team orientation and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach with a focus on efficient, data-driven solutions.
  • High attention to detail and strong quality awareness when handling data.
  • Excellent communication skills for clearly translating complex data analyses into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
