About the Role
Paraco Gas is seeking a Bulk Delivery Driver responsible for delivering propane to residential and commercial customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to safety standards. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily safe, punctual, consistent, and reliable bulk and cylinder deliveries.
- Participate in and complete all required industry compliance and company training.
- Provide consistent, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections.
- Work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry over 55 pounds regularly throughout the day and bend, climb, reach, & rotate as needed.
- Ability to drag 175ft hose through all terrains.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of Class A or B CDL experience.
- Valid CDL license with Hazardous Materials (H) and Tank Vehicle (N) endorsements or (X) combination.
- License may not contain any Air Brakes (L) or (Z) Restriction(s).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean and safe driving record in full compliance with all DOT licensing requirements.
Skills
- Crane experience.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Previous Bobtail delivery of propane, fuel oil, or other hazardous materials.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
