About the Role
We are seeking reliable security personnel for gate and reception duties at a federal agency. This role involves access control, visitor reception, enforcing security regulations, and documenting security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Performing gate and reception duties (day shift, Monday to Friday)
- Conducting access and entry controls
- Receiving visitors and providing information
- Monitoring security and order regulations
- Conducting patrol rounds within the facility
- Documenting security-related events
- Collaborating closely with authorities and facility managers
Requirements
- Security check according to § 34a GewO (mandatory)
- Valid security clearance Ü1, Ü2, or Ü3 according to the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) is desirable or advantageous
- Professional experience in security services is advantageous
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Impeccable demeanor, reliability, and discretion
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance
