About the Role
As a CS Assistant Manager, you will be a key leadership figure for the CS team in your region, supporting their growth, development, and providing day-to-day assistance and direction in managing their portfolios. In your own portfolio, you will drive customer retention results, revenue growth, preferred supplier growth, and online adoption. You will also support the Regional Manager in fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture and developing team members to drive a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Support CS team growth and development.
- Provide day-to-day assistance and direction to CS team in managing portfolios.
- Drive customer retention results in your own portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth in your own portfolio.
- Drive preferred supplier growth in your own portfolio.
- Drive online adoption in your own portfolio.
- Support the Regional Manager in fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture.
- Support the Regional Manager in developing team members to drive a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Experience in customer/account management.
- Ability to clearly articulate knowledge about products, services and value propositions to customers.
- Passionate about leading and developing high performing teams.
- KPI driven.
