About the Role
As part of our Workforce Transformation team, you will help shape the future of work with our clients. We cover the full spectrum of HR consulting, from Reward Consulting and the selection and implementation of HR cloud solutions to fundamental process changes. Our diverse range of tasks requires expertise from various fields, including tax advisors, psychologists, lawyers, and economists.
Responsibilities
- Advise national and international clients on the implementation and further development of Dayforce solutions along their HR and payroll processes.
- Configure Dayforce modules such as HR, Payroll, Time Management, Workforce Management, or Talent Management, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Record, evaluate, and translate customer requirements into functional and technical solution concepts.
- Independently lead sub-projects and workstreams, support data migrations, tests, and go-live phases throughout the entire project lifecycle, and manage relevant stakeholders.
- Enable key users and end-users for successful solution utilization through workshops and training.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration, human resource management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in implementing Dayforce or comparable HR cloud solutions.
- Sound knowledge of HR, payroll, or time management processes.
- Ideally, certifications in the Dayforce environment and knowledge of REST APIs, XML, SQL, or comparable integration technologies.
- Willingness to successfully complete relevant Dayforce self-paced training.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Analytical and structured working style.
- Confident communication with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for occasional client assignments.
