Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient site operations, prioritizing patient and provider experience.
- Foster a high-performing culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Support regional growth expansion and ensure all services are supported within HSS’s matrix leadership structure.
- Ensure effective organizational communication and robust professional development for teams.
- Lead financial management of the region, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and invoice management.
- Lead and support initiatives to optimize utilization of all services.
- Identify and communicate operational themes or opportunities to relevant departments.
- Develop and track key metrics for site operations, including patient/provider satisfaction, access, registration, and throughput.
- Collaborate to identify operational challenges and opportunities to standardize workflows.
- Ensure ongoing management, repair, and upkeep of facilities for effective, efficient, and safe site operations.
- Coordinate with the Facilities team and maintenance companies for repairs and service agreements.
- Support managers on performance management, including evaluations, training, and development.
- Provide leadership coaching to direct reports, ensuring clear role expectations and skill development.
- Develop strategies to foster teamwork, engagement, and commitment to excellence.
- Create and maintain forums for staff-wide and team-based communication.
- Ensure leadership onsite presence during business hours and arrange coverage for absences.
- Serve as an operational lead in new site activation, including stakeholder input, schedule planning, and staff preparedness for surveys.
- Coordinate with Service Line and Operational Excellence teams on space or resource allocation.
- Partner with teams to grow volume through targeted initiatives, optimizing web rankings, strengthening community relationships, and increasing referrals.
