About the Role
Solaris is Europe’s leading embedded finance platform, pioneering Banking-as-a-Service. We are fundamentally redesigning banking processes around AI orchestration, standardized modular building blocks, and embedded regulatory compliance. We combine tech and banking in dedicated hubs, driving the technology infrastructure out of Berlin and banking operations out of Frankfurt. Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end offboarding administration, including requests for post-exit documentation and coordinating administrative transitions.
- Support regulatory compliance management by tracking key administrative timelines, including work authorization and visa statuses.
- Maintain high data integrity and organization across physical and digital employee records.
- Deliver a welcoming, well-organized onboarding experience by managing welcome calendar invitations, coordinating new joiner team lunches, and ensuring new Solarians feel supported.
- Create memorable workplace moments by coordinating employee swag and supporting general team touchpoints.
- Support ongoing document automation initiatives by generating standardized operational HR paperwork and ad hoc document requests.
- Drive internal cleanup and database alignment projects within Personio and central archives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- A strong detail-oriented mindset with a keen interest in HR processes, labor administration, and compliance.
- First experience or touchpoints with HR systems (e.g., Personio) and standard office productivity tools.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use.
- Business fluency in English and strong working proficiency in German (spoken and written).
- High organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential employee data with utmost discretion.
- A pragmatic, hands-on attitude combined with strong active listening and a continuous improvement drive.
