About the Role
As a Client Manager at Advantage Healthcare, you will develop a portfolio of care packages promoting person-centered care and a safeguarding approach. You will manage caseloads, contribute to budget forecasting and financial KPIs, and maintain regular contact with clients and care staff to ensure high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Developing a portfolio of care packages that promote person centred care and a safeguard approach.
- Taking ownership of case loads contributing to the forecasting and delivery of budgets and financial KPI’s.
- Having direct and regular contact with clients along with their care staff to effectively review and establish that the quality of care is to a high and expected standard.
Requirements
- Must be a driver with own vehicle.
- Efficient, organised and experienced care professional.
- Passionate about providing the best in community care.
- Thrive on managing a remote team within a health and social care environment.
- Take pride in building relationships with clients and care workers.

- Additional on call duties on a rota basis
