About the Role
Shape the future of preventative medicine and drive the next era of metabolic care by bridging clinical excellence, product innovation, and operational scale across Voy Weight Loss and Do Health. Own end-to-end clinical strategy, designing patient journeys, establishing safeguards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical rationale to GLP1 prescribing at scale and a biomarker-led lifestyle product.
- Assess propositions and clinical product changes, reviewing evidence, regulation, and data.
- Set eligibility, exclusions, and safeguards for clinical products.
- Design the end-to-end patient journey, including product requirements, decision logic, workflows, protocols, and communications.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Quality & Risk teams during implementation.
- Define clinical, safety, and operational measures for each launch.
- Present decisions clearly and challenge proposals lacking evidence, clinical purpose, or safe delivery methods.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Current GMC registration.
- A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
- Experience in analytical problem solving (e.g., consulting, strategy, operations, product, research, service improvement).
- Exceptional reasoning skills to define ambiguous problems, identify relevant evidence, and choose defensible actions.
- Clear, concise writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with incomplete information and adapt to changing facts.
- Strong quantitative judgment and experience working directly with data and statistics.
- Experience building a clinical or regulated product, proposition, or operation (desirable).
- Experience in medicated weight management, preventative health, diagnostics, or blood testing (desirable).
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (desirable).
- Experience using AI tools for research or data analysis (desirable).
