About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) for our Coaching for Individual Activation (CiA) team. This role involves providing holistic support in individual and group settings for individuals facing multiple barriers. You will help participants with various limitations and past frustrations develop a motivating future perspective.

Responsibilities

Requirements

University degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
Empathy and professionalism when engaging with individuals in difficult life situations
German language skills at least at C1 level (GER)
Arabic language skills
Communication skills, empathy, and motivational ability
Willingness to engage in documentation
Readiness for close collaboration with network partners, agencies, authorities, and employers
Value neutrality and reliability
Class B driver's license is an advantage
