About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Automotive / Digital Transformation, you will advise manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and mobility providers on their digital transformation. You will develop digital business models, customer journeys, and processes that are technically convincing, improve customer experiences, and create measurable business value. You will identify and prioritize AI and digitalization potentials, translate them into concrete solutions, and bring together business, IT, and management.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consulting to our automotive clients, analyze their business challenges, and develop clear priorities, action recommendations, and viable digital solutions.
Develop digital business models, customer journeys, and processes for manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and mobility providers (e.g., for B2B commerce, digital spare parts processes, dealer platforms, and connected services).
Identify AI and digitalization potentials, evaluate use cases based on benefit, feasibility, and responsible usability, and translate them into concrete products, customer experiences, and business processes.
Translate functional requirements into actionable concepts and bring together specialist departments, IT, management, and our interdisciplinary teams, ensuring joint decisions and a clear link between strategy and implementation.
Take responsibility for workshops, pitches, proposals, and roadmaps, advise decision-makers at eye level, and contribute to the expansion of our automotive business at diva-e with your network and ideas.

Requirements

Possess knowledge of the structures, processes, and challenges of the automotive industry and have successfully supported digitalization or transformation projects for manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, mobility providers, or related industries.
Have experience in independently advising demanding clients, structuring complex topics, and taking responsibility for strategic decisions and project results.
Understand the interplay of business, customer experience, data, AI, and technology, and be able to identify, prioritize, and translate AI use cases into responsibly usable solutions with real added value for customers and users.
Communicate convincingly at management and specialist levels, moderate workshops confidently, and build long-term customer relationships.
Work independently, think entrepreneurially, actively contribute to pitches and the further development of our automotive business, and enjoy sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues.
