Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for spa retreats
- Welcome members
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room
- Ensure the spa is always clean and tidy to premium standards
Requirements
- Experience within a premium customer service environment
- A passion for all things health and wellbeing
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members
