About the Role
Take full ownership of how Precoro connects to payment providers and processes transactions, ensuring the payment layer scales reliably across our customers in 80+ countries. This role offers autonomy to drive direction and implement ideas without micromanagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the Payments product area end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Understand customer payment workflows globally and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmap.
- Create and maintain integrations with payment providers, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across markets.
- Coordinate across Engineering, CS, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners to prepare the product for new markets and payment methods.
- Define and track success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue.
- Lead your cross-functional team, setting a standard for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with quality.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch (routing, PSP/acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments).
- 3-5+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping features end-to-end.
- Strong ability to work with APIs and technical integrations, including partner limitations, versioning, error handling, and reconciliation.
- Critical thinking and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working with data to inform decisions, including writing SQL queries or using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) for KPI analysis.
