About the Role
As a working student, you will be fully integrated into our work processes, learn strategic thinking, presentation skills, project management, and develop soft skills such as dealing with colleagues, handling stress, and criticism. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience alongside your studies and financially support your education.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of applications in the M2M / IoT environment.
- Develop applications with Java or C/C++ on embedded Linux systems.
- Develop applications with Java in backend development.
- Develop applications with JavaScript in frontend development.
- Participate in training sessions and engage in self-directed learning.
- Develop software in a team using tools such as GitLab, Maven, Node, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Support customers in ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in full-time studies (not on leave of absence).
- Maximum of 20 working hours per week (more is possible during lecture-free periods).
- Experience in software development.
- Curious and enthusiastic about new technologies.
- Enjoy tinkering and solving everyday problems with technology.
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Belief that shared knowledge doubles knowledge.
