About the Role

As a Chef, you will be part of a kitchen brigade, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and delivering a high-quality dining experience. You will lead and inspire the kitchen team, developing and executing a food offer that meets high standards of quality, innovation, and cost control. Night premium of £4.25 per hour applies to hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Producing a wide range of dishes to a high standard for large numbers.
  • Creating diverse, appealing, and cost-effective menus.
  • Developing and implementing standardized recipes for consistent quality, taste, and portion control.
  • Catering to common dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a high volume catering environment.
  • Food safety level 1 (or higher level).
  • Health & Safety level 1 (or higher level).
  • NVQ level 1 and 2.
  • Experience of working within a customer service based environment.
