This includes recruiting, training, and managing sales teams for service projects or temporary staffing. Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships with hematologists, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders, and strategically develop your sales territory.
- Position innovative therapies through scientifically sound and customer-oriented consultations.
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor information to derive targeted measures for achieving sales goals.
- Shape modern customer interactions by combining personal visits with digital and omnichannel engagement approaches.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing, and consistently implement activities in line with compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in hematology, rare disease, or specialty care.
- Qualification according to § 75 AMG or a comparable education.
- Demonstrable success in building sustainable customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of working with independent specialists and clinic/hospital structures.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, along with a confident demeanor.
- High degree of initiative, customer focus, and enjoyment of collaboration in cross-functional teams.
