About the Role
As a Seasonal Sales Associate on a mini-job basis, you will support our team during the busy holiday season until January 2027. You will warmly welcome visitors to our Berlin store, introduce them to Merz b. Schwanen's tradition, values, and products, and build lasting customer relationships. Your knack for personal service and consultation will actively contribute to the store's commercial success. The position is initially a temporary mini-job, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, memorable experiences for all store visitors.
- Utilize brand and product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Contribute to achieving the store's Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards.
- Perform store processes accurately, including inventory counts, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends.
Requirements
- Experience in customer contact, preferably in fashion retail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to team success.
- Curiosity to understand people and their needs without assumptions or prejudice, ensuring everyone feels welcome and recognized.
- Maintain self-confidence in abilities while adopting a growth-oriented mindset.
