About the Role
As a Junior Partnership Strategist, you are the spark that turns market insights into winning commercial ideas. This is a proactive, entry-to-mid-level role designed for a curious thinker who understands that great creativity must be backed by commercial logic. You will support the team in responding to briefs from the UK’s leading agencies and brands, ensuring our proposals are not only imaginative but also targeted on growing new business. By using data to inform decisions, you will help develop the multi-platform strategies—across social, video, and digital—that drive revenue diversification and keep our brand at the cutting edge of the media landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the brainstorming and development of creative concepts that solve real business problems for our clients
- Help translate audience insights and product insights into compelling narratives that live within our pitch decks
- Work closely with the sales floor to move opportunities through the Salesforce pipeline, providing the creative "hook" needed to close deals
- Ensure all strategic milestones, from initial brainstorm to final pitch, are accurately recorded to support effective pipeline management
- Proactively research market trends and competitor information to ensure our pitches are fresh, relevant, and more competitive than the industry standard
- Assist in crafting "speculative" pitches—identifying brands we should be working with and building the creative case to grow new business
- Play a key role in driving the team’s proactive strategy by developing a suite of go-to-market opportunities designed to unlock new business
- Contribute to the diversification of revenue by thinking beyond standard display ads, suggesting integrated ideas for podcasts, shoppable content, and experiential activations
- Support the team across our most important commercial partnerships, helping to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and strengthening long-term relationships
- Deliver a consistently high level of client servicing by assisting with day-to-day communications, ensuring partners feel supported and encouraging repeat bookings
- Provide essential administrative and operational support across campaigns and pitches, helping the wider team stay organised, responsive, and efficient
- Use data to inform decisions by utilising our first-party data tools to prove why a specific creative direction will resonate with our audience
- Support the performance management of campaigns by reviewing post-campaign data to understand what worked, using those "lessons learned" to improve the next pitch.
- Foster high-level collaboration with the Design, Social, and Sales teams to ensure that the "big idea" is actually deliverable and high-performing
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and creative bravery that helps make our team one of the most exciting and collaborative to work with in the market
- Stay hungry for knowledge, attending UK industry events and webinars to bring fresh strategic perspectives back to the team
