About the Role

AI Platform Department의 PM은 의료 데이터 관리, AI 모델 학습·검증·운영 등 복잡하게 연결된 문제를 하나의 제품과 시스템으로 구체화합니다. 사내 AI 개발·운영을 지원하는 In-house Data Platform부터 의료기관 및 외부 고객이 자신의 의료 데이터로 AI 모델을 개발·파인튜닝·검증·배포할 수 있는 외부 플랫폼을 함께 만들고 있습니다. 단순 요구사항 정리를 넘어 제품의 방향과 우선순위를 설정하며 실행까지 주도합니다.

Responsibilities

의료 데이터를 기반으로 AI 모델이 개발·검증·운영되는 전체 과정을 이해하고, 이를 지원하는 사내 플랫폼과 외부 고객용 서비스 플랫폼을 기획하고 구축합니다.
무엇을 왜 만들어야 하는지 정의하고, 우선순위를 결정하며 다양한 전문가들과 함께 실제 제품으로 구현하여 출시까지 이끄는 역할을 담당합니다.
제품 전략 및 연간 제품 로드맵 수립·관리
의료 데이터 → AI 모델 학습 → 검증 → 배포·운영까지 End-to-End Workflow를 이해하고 제품으로 구체화
비즈니스 가치, 사용자 니즈, 기술적 제약을 종합적으로 고려한 제품 기능 기획 및 우선순위 결정
AI Research, Medical, Engineering, Business 등 다양한 전문가와 협업하여 복잡한 문제를 제품 요구사항과 실행 계획으로 구체화
Sprint 기반 Software Development Life Cycle 및 프로젝트 End-to-End 관리
일정, 리소스, 기술적 제약 및 의존성을 고려한 프로젝트 리스크 식별 및 대응
사내 AI 개발·운영 플랫폼을 넘어 향후 외부 고객을 위한 플랫폼으로 확장하기 위한 제품 기획 및 운영

Requirements

5년 이상의 Product/Project Management 경험 또는 이에 준하는 경험 보유
기술적 배경을 가진 제품 또는 프로젝트(데이터 플랫폼, SaaS 제품 등)를 리딩/관리해 본 경험
Jira, Linear, Asana 등 프로젝트 관리 도구 활용 경험
비즈니스 환경에서 영어로 커뮤니케이션 가능
다양한 직군의 전문가들과 협업하고 커뮤니케이션한 경험
