About the Role

You will be working as a Senior Consultant on European energy market and system integration projects, collaborating with experts from different European companies to connect electricity and gas markets. This involves defining and designing international cooperation through methods, strategy, processes, IT tools, and contracts, while keeping stakeholders informed and implementing these processes across various European organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex business and technology transformation programs for leading organizations across the European energy sector.
Provide strategic advice and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable change.
Bring structure, governance, and clear decision-making processes to complex transformation programs.
Anticipate risks and propose solutions to keep programs on track.
Maintain impartial oversight to ensure decisions are made and progress is achieved.
Develop project management and leadership skills while working across diverse disciplines and addressing varied challenges.
Drive team success by actively pursuing personal professional growth while mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.

Requirements

University Master's degree in engineering or business with excellent grades.
3-5 years of working experience.
Project management experience and/or experience of electricity and gas markets is a plus.
Analytical, structured, and forward-thinking with the ability to combine creative problem-solving with strategic insight.
Excellent communication skills, including mobilizing people from different audiences, active listening, strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Dutch or German (C2) and professional fluency in English (minimum C1).
A clear link with the Netherlands, having lived or studied here.
Engaged in extracurricular activities or secondary initiatives that showcase entrepreneurial thinking and a self-starting approach.
Interest in the energy transition and a clear desire to support building the future of European Energy markets.
