About the Role

You will own channel strategy, creative testing, forecasting, and performance reporting for a new brand launch in Germany. You will report to the Head of Growth for Germany and will have direct reports, including a creative strategist, with plans to hire a growth manager as the brand scales. Most of your week will be spent executing tasks rather than managing others.

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy from zero, focusing initially on paid social and search, then expanding to other channels.
  • Own forecasting for spend, CAC, and patient volume, and manage conversations around performance shifts.
  • Decide the creative testing agenda and approve creative assets for market.
  • Lead weekly performance read-outs to senior leadership.
  • Hire and build out your team as the brand's success warrants.
  • Launch this brand into other verticals within the space, expanding on the existing platform.

Requirements

  • Six to ten years in performance marketing, with a majority focused on DTC or subscription businesses.
  • Experience building campaigns from scratch, managing product launches, and resolving performance issues.
  • Proficiency in Meta and paid social platforms.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to build data-backed forecasts.
  • Experience in high-growth environments, preferably startups or scale-ups, with a wide remit and limited resources.
  • Willingness to be hands-on, including direct platform work, landing page iteration, and experiment execution.
  • Understanding of performance creative, including the 'why' behind ad effectiveness.
  • Ability to define what makes users stop scrolling, click, and convert.
  • Skill in briefing creative strategists for precise and effective output.
  • Ability to identify underperforming creative before data confirms it.
