About the Role
Software Engineers will set technical direction and development priorities with team members to create innovative software applications. We look forward to working with you on the following:
Responsibilities
- Building systems that integrate various AI models to improve user experience, and measuring/improving related LLM performance metrics.
- Implementing multi-tenancy systems for stable and efficient services on globally distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Designing, developing, and operating backend systems.
- Managing AWS and Kubernetes cloud environments.
- Responding to enterprise customer support inquiries.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of backend development experience or equivalent expertise.
- Experience across the entire lifecycle from new product development to stabilization and maintenance.
- Experience using generative AI tools like Codex and Claude Code to enhance development productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Openness to learning new technologies.
- Deep interest and craftsmanship in the quality of software/systems developed.
- A mindset that strives for technical improvement while balancing idealism and pragmatism.
- No disqualifications for international travel.
