About the Role
As a Sales Associate at GAP, you will create memorable customer experiences, represent the brand, share product knowledge, and support store operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, delivering excellent service, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
- Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpretation skills
- A customer first mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Passion for retail and delivering high standards in everything you do
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- Must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months
- Must evidence right to work in the UK
