About the Role

The Social Media and Influencer Coordinator will drive White Stuff's digital brand visibility by owning social media planning, scheduling, and reporting. You will build influencer relationships, support campaign delivery, and create engaging social-first content. This role requires an analytical, organized, and creative individual adept at innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for all social platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics across all platforms, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Set and track KPIs across engagement, reach, and follower growth for each platform.
  • Translate performance data into actionable reporting and recommendations for the marketing team.
  • Monitor competitor and industry benchmarks to contextualize performance and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure customer inquiries through social media channels are responded to promptly.
  • Brief the Social Content Creator on content needs and cadence.
  • Contribute and execute content ideas, or brief others to execute them.
  • Identify relevant influencers and content creators for potential partnerships.
  • Manage influencer and content creator post-campaign analysis.
  • Assist in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across social and influencer channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and introduce innovative ideas.
  • Identify posting cadence needs for each campaign and ensure sufficient content verticals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content and partnerships reflect brand identity and values.
  • Champion sustainability and community-focused initiatives through digital storytelling.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing within fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a track record of planning engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for copywriting.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Tagger, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and visuals.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and sustainability.
