Responsibilities

Disciplinary leadership of the construction supervision team in the Eastern region.
Manage and plan team resources on construction sites and handle subcontractor contracts.
Responsible for offer preparation, negotiation, and the commercial success of the region.
Strategic training and development of the assigned team.
Ensure quality, timely, and budget-compliant performance on construction sites.
Strategic development and expansion of a regional construction supervision team across all trades.
Identify and prepare claims.
Participate on construction sites as the lead construction supervisor.

Requirements

Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Several years of relevant professional experience in the construction supervision of railway infrastructure projects.
Qualified as a railway construction supervisor (Ob/KIB, LST, 50Hz/OLA, TK).
Entrepreneurial and inspiring personality.
Strong assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill.
Proficient in common MS Office tools and related hardware/software.
Reliable and loyal team player with quick comprehension and high motivation.
Possession of a Class B driver's license for travel to projects and construction sites.
