About the Role
We are seeking a Database Developer (all genders) for Customizing to join our team in Berlin. You will implement customer-specific adjustments for MS-SQL databases, write and configure SQL scripts, build complex reports and BI/Data Warehouse solutions, develop further analyses, configure systems, and support users remotely. You will also contribute to technical documentation, conduct training, and coach users, turning data into understandable stories.
Responsibilities
- Implement customer-specific adjustments for MS-SQL databases from idea to completion.
- Write and configure SQL scripts.
- Build complex reports and extensive BI and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Develop further analyses based on our BI systems.
- Configure systems and support users remotely.
- Contribute knowledge to technical documentation, including tutorials and project handbooks.
- Conduct training sessions and coaching, making data understandable.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, or an apprenticeship with professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of databases (MS SQL), analysis, modeling (UML), and implementation of tailored solutions.
- Experience and genuine interest in Business Intelligence.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- Enjoyment of communication and working with people.
