About the Role
We are seeking a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to ensure our stores provide a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to in-store trolley bays in all weather conditions.
- Complete a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
- Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors in store areas, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
Requirements
- A full unrestricted Australian driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting.
- Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Passion for working safely and adhering to safe work practices.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
- Must be active, constantly on the go, and capable of moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
- Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including weekends, with shifts available between 5 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.
