About the Role

As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define greatness in shaping AI agents in production for large companies, powering one of the most important functions of their business (making revenue!). This is an important and high-ownership role.

Responsibilities

Solve for the customer by addressing unique needs and product challenges for ICs (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, AMs), leaders, and internal AI teams.
Innovate by discovering new tools and processes for building AI agents.
Drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Partner closely with engineering, product, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to gain insights and iterate on designs.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products and platforms.

Requirements

4+ years of extensive experience in UI/UX design for a complex (AI + data-rich) user-facing product.
Background leading design projects from ideation to launch.
Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding solutions from first principles.
Fluency in creating high-quality designs, from shaping product direction to defining interactions and ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
Strong beliefs about what design in the agent era could look like, with a willingness to try, learn, and update priors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate problems, design concepts, and decisions.
Experience gathering customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Mastery of Figma.
Ability to code as needed.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and handling ambiguity.
