About the Role
Hard Rock Digital is building a team to create the best online sportsbook, casino, and social casino company in the world. Our Games Studio is dedicated to building world-class iCasino games, and we are seeking a Senior Graphic Artist to define the artistic standard and inspire the creative heartbeat of the studio games.
Responsibilities
- Define and direct the visual identity of each game from concept to final polish.
- Create concept art, including characters, environments, UI themes, and mood boards.
- Produce key assets and style guides for internal and external art teams.
- Collaborate with product, design, math, and engineering teams.
- Build visual prototypes and motion tests to refine ideas.
- Manage timelines, asset delivery, and feedback loops.
- Maintain scalable visual frameworks and reusable assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating game art and concepts for real-money games, including slots, Card & table, and Arcade games, with multiple shipped titles at a AAA-level quality.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original game art, including concepting, asset design, UI/UX, and animation pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience in casino game development, art production, and asset delivery.
- Mastery of 2D/3D art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Spine, Unity/Unreal).
- Fluency in both vector and bitmap workflows.
- Ability to work across diverse art styles.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- A highly collaborative, fast-moving mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely, juggling multiple projects, and adapting quickly to feedback.
- Bonus points for motion graphics, animation, video editing, prototyping, or scripting experience.
- A sense of humor and a passion for building compelling, high-quality fun games and player experiences.
