About the Role
As a Marketing Adviser, you will contribute to the commercial and strategic goals of the organization by assessing, coordinating, and optimizing marketing and visibility initiatives. You will help ensure that investments in sponsorship, events, publications, and partnerships demonstrably contribute to business development, thought leadership, and market positioning, ultimately strengthening Loyens & Loeff's visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Marketing Advisers in the strategic assessment of sponsorship requests, events, publications, and other visibility opportunities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarks to evaluate the added value of marketing investments.
- Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for commercial visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate approved sponsorship, partnership, and marketing activities from planning to execution.
- Monitor results, budgets, and effectiveness of initiatives, translating them into concrete improvements.
- Actively contribute to team spirit, collaboration, and the further professionalization of the Firmwide Marketing team.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience in a comparable environment.
- Strong interest in strategic marketing and business development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess opportunities from both a commercial and reputational perspective.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, spoken and written.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
