About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the UK, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines. This role collaborates with the UK HR team and HQ stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment aligned with company processes and UK employment requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval and job posting through to offer and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, job profiles, candidate criteria, and hiring timelines.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate interview arrangements, feedback collection, and recruitment decisions promptly.
- Prepare and manage offers in accordance with company policies, approved salary ranges, and recruitment procedures.
- Support pre-employment checks, including right to work, references, and DBS checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and data, providing regular updates and reports.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with UK employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal policies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, university engagement, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with HQ HR and other stakeholders on recruitment-related projects and process improvements.
- Support other HR projects and activities as required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the UK.
- Good understanding of the UK recruitment market and employment practices.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers at different levels.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to recruitment administration.
- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team player.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
