About the Role

Join our real estate group and support us with legal advice on diverse issues, from real estate and contract matters to project support and tax-related situations. You will focus on real estate and tax law, with in-depth knowledge in other legal areas.

Responsibilities

• Processing legal questions with a focus on real estate and tax law, corporate law, and contract law.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Advising management and departments on legal assessments, risks, and implementation issues.
• Accompanying projects and supporting internal audits, guidelines, and decision-making bases.
• Coordinating with external lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed law degree (Volljurist or Diplom-Jurist).
• Professional experience in tenancy and real estate law, tax law, corporate law, and contract law.
• Analytical thinking, business acumen, and a keen eye for legal risks.
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Confident demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in common PC applications.
