About the Role
Join Qonto as a Staff Data Analyst - Compliance to build the analytics foundations that power Qonto's compliance execution. You will own a brand-new scope including monitoring KYC/KYB funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure, working cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the data infrastructure for compliance monitoring, from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure.
- Develop self-service tools for product, operations, and compliance teams.
- Build end-to-end data transformation pipelines using dbt, ensuring clean and trusted metric definitions.
- Partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to scope and ship analytical tools.
- Deliver insights from CS initiation through KYB validation for KYC/KYB funnel analytics.
- Track and measure MRR secured, at risk, or lost across active remediation campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience working analytically on KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory/operational processes.
- Experience designing dashboards and models for end-users to explore autonomously.
- Experience juggling competing analytical priorities across multiple teams.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate analytics work.
- Fluent in English.
