About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead Fire and Rescue NSW’s talent acquisition operations, coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, contribute to specialized recruitment programs, provide informed advice, and ensure compliance with policies and governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to achieve high-quality, customer-focused recruitment outcomes that support organizational capability and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Fire and Rescue NSW’s talent acquisition operations.
- Coordinate contemporary end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the delivery of specialised recruitment programs.
- Provide informed advice on recruitment matters.
- Ensure compliance with approved policies, frameworks, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering and improving end-to-end talent acquisition services in complex, high-volume environments.
- Sound knowledge of NSW public sector legislation, employment policy, and recruitment frameworks.
- Experience supporting and embedding service and change initiatives through the effective use of recruitment technologies.
- Provide an up-to-date resume detailing skills, knowledge, and experience (max 4 pages).
- Provide a cover letter describing motivation and alignment with the role (max 1 page).

Salary/Compensations
- Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
