About the Role

We are the central partner for communication and digital services within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, connecting all disciplines of communication and developing integrated solutions for Sparkassen, associations, and network partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for the Internet Branch (IF) both editorially and conceptually.
  • Implement the developed concepts in the IF CMS, including editorial adaptation of modules or content blocks.
  • Manage the updating, maintenance, and quality assurance of existing content, ensuring adherence to the editorial IF style guide.
  • Support IF users with technical and content-related questions (2nd-level support via an established ticket system).
  • Prepare recommendations for product management in cross-functional coordination, coordinate implementation priorities, and document efforts.

Requirements

  • Editorial training or a completed degree in fields such as communication science or a comparable qualification in editorial, agency, or communication.
  • Experience with CMS and ticket systems (JIRA, preferably Adobe [AEM]).
  • Proficiency in editorial content conception and production.
  • Excellent command of the German language.
  • Independent, solution-oriented team player with clear prioritization, strong service orientation, and a high quality standard.
  • Technically adept and capable of independently learning technical subjects.
  • Resilient, flexible, and confident in cross-departmental coordination up to department head level.
