About the Role

Lead HR operations for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, providing consistent HR generalist support. This role collaborates with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective associate lifecycle delivery, accurate payroll administration, associate relations, engagement support, HR processes, and market requirement compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, associate changes, transfers, and exits.
  • Serve as a primary contact for HR policies, processes, and employment matters.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of associate records, documentation, and HR system data.
  • Coordinate timely associate transactions with relevant partners.
  • Support associate relations matters and escalate sensitive cases.
  • Assist with performance, compensation, engagement, and other recurring HR programs.
  • Support associate relations initiatives, engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate associate relations events and activities, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Support compliance with company policies and local employment requirements.
  • Provide project-based and operational HR support for market priorities.
  • Assist with market requirements during organizational changes or increased workloads.
  • Contribute to regional implementations, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, workforce information, and HR insights for stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate operational risks.
  • Support recruitment for above property roles in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate job requirements, candidate processes, approvals, and onboarding.
  • Support payroll administration, statutory submissions, and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate payroll-related associate lifecycle transactions.
  • Partner with internal teams and external payroll vendors to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll-related records and support documentation.
  • Monitor recruitment, payroll, and benefits progress and coordinate with external service providers.
  • Maintain structured HR documentation and filing systems.
  • Ensure appropriate document retention, access controls, and confidentiality.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, templates, and communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and improvement.
  • Support office administration, including vendor coordination and purchase requests.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, payroll and benefits processes, HR systems, and associate relations practices.
  • Excellent time management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, tracking, and preparing management presentations.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to Business Partners and key stakeholders.
