About the Role
Jimmy Smith Allstate Insurance is seeking a motivated and people-focused Insurance Sales Associate to join their team in Austin. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
- Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills.
Requirements
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience.
- Active Property & Casualty license is a plus; must be obtained upon hire.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
