About the Role
Shape our narrative and amplify the impact of initiatives, foster public trust, and engage stakeholders through expert communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality communications for complex, high-profile programs within the Strategic Communications team.
- Develop and implement end-to-end communication plans for strategic initiatives.
- Manage crisis and emergency communications, supporting preparedness and response arrangements.
- Provide trusted strategic advice and utilize project management skills to navigate ambiguity and coordinate workstreams.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, relationships, and communication approaches for emergency and crisis response.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from planning through to delivery.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, understanding unfamiliar issues, identifying expertise, and driving work forward.
- Project management experience, including coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and delivering high-visibility initiatives.
- Experience planning and delivering organizational livestreams or comparable high-profile events.
- Ability to manage content development, speaker preparation, logistics, run sheets, and cross-team delivery for events.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, government agencies, and internal delivery teams.
- Possess sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear, practical communications advice.
