About the Role
This is a genuine entry-level role designed to build your commercial design craft while you learn how modern, AI-enabled brand systems work from the inside. By the end of your year with us, you'll have built a real, reusable library of templates, AI workflows, and brand assets that other teams rely on, and you'll be delivering quality, on-brand work to brief and on time, needing less revision as you go. Along the way, you'll be learning our brand and tools, and building and publishing work for wider use.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the build phase of our AI-enabled brand system, including templates, prompt libraries, and generative workflows.
- Produce production-ready creative for major campaigns and product launches, digital ads, landing pages, emails, event and sales collateral.
- Keep our asset library organised for business self-service.
- Build and publish work for wider use.
Requirements
- Strong design instincts.
- Genuine curiosity about AI-enabled creative tools.
- Appetite to learn how a scalable, on-brand system is built.
- Strong design craft: typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy, evidenced by a considered portfolio of finished and in-progress work.
- Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools, with a hands-on appetite to test, learn, and document what actually works.
- Confidence in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Clear communication, coachability, and the ability to juggle a few things at once without losing quality.
